Keeps a serif for warmth and editorial character — but upright, never italic, on the sharper, higher-contrast Fraunces instead of Cardo. Same 8px radius as canon. This removes the "cursive" read while staying closest to the current identity — the smallest jump if you like the serif but not the slant.
